Welcome to the School of Health Sciences at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. We are excited to lead our campus community in supporting the teaching, research, and service missions of SIUC. In the School of Health Sciences at SIUC you will find the opportunities to learn, practice, and serve the community as you advance to achieve your professional goals.
We are focused on improving lives through training the health care professionals of the future. There are nine different disciplines represented in the School of Health Sciences. Each discipline focuses on a unique aspect of health. Please see the links to our undergraduate programs below:

Health care occupations are growing. Health care professionals graduating from the School of Health Sciences are pursuing dynamic careers. The United States Bureau of Labor Statistics highlights health care occupations for growth.
Many of our programs have selective admissions due to high demand by prospective students and the need for intensive, clinical instruction. Please plan your visit to campus to learn more about SIU and the School of Health Sciences.
